Introduction

Welcome to Shikaku. This Privacy Policy explains how Rele Company ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Shikaku mobile application (the "App"). Shikaku is a logic puzzle game designed to be played without an account, without ads, and without collecting personal information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Shikaku does not require an account and does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to our servers. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers (the App contains no ads)
• Analytics or tracking data from third-party SDKs

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Your game data is stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Game Progress: Journey mode progress, puzzle completion records, and stars earned
• Statistics: Best times, experience points (XP), daily challenge streaks, and achievements
• Preferences: Theme selection and game settings

This data never leaves your device except through iCloud sync, described below.

3. iCloud Sync

If you are signed in to iCloud, Shikaku uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage to sync your game progress across your devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud sync for Shikaku at any time in your device's iCloud settings.

4. Game Center

Shikaku integrates with Apple's Game Center for optional social features:

• Leaderboards: Your best times and XP may be submitted to Game Center leaderboards under your Game Center nickname
• Achievements: Achievement progress is reported to Game Center
• Versus Matches: Real-time 1v1 matches are established through Game Center's matchmaking. During a match, your Game Center nickname and match progress are visible to your opponent

Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Match data is exchanged directly between players through Apple's infrastructure — we do not operate game servers and do not receive or store this data. You can play Shikaku without signing in to Game Center; these features are optional.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any information with third parties. Since we do not collect your data in the first place, there is nothing to share.

6. Data Deletion

Deleting the App removes all locally stored game data. To remove synced data from iCloud, disable iCloud sync for Shikaku in your device settings or delete the app's iCloud data through iCloud storage management. Game Center data (leaderboard entries, achievements) can be managed through your Apple Account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Shikaku is suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children. Game Center features are subject to the restrictions configured in the child's Apple Account and Screen Time settings.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features that change how data is handled. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Material changes will be noted in the App's release notes.
