Welcome to SRUN. This Privacy Policy explains how Rele Company ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the SRUN mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information (via Sign in with Apple)

When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we collect:

• Apple User Identifier: A unique identifier provided by Apple for authentication purposes only
• Nickname: Your chosen display name visible to other users
• Runner ID: A unique identifier generated for friend search functionality

Note: We do not collect your email address or other personal information from Apple. Sign in with Apple provides privacy-focused authentication.

1.2 Running Activity Data (when shared with friends)

When you choose to share your running activities with friends, we collect:

• Running metrics (distance, pace, duration)
• GPS route data
• Optional health data (heart rate, cadence - if you choose to share)
• Elevation data
• Location name

1.3 Social Features Data

• Friend Connections: List of users you've connected with
• Ghost Battle Records: Your challenge results against friends' running records
• Running Statistics: Total runs, total distance, best pace (displayed on your profile)

1.4 Local Data (stored on your device only)

The majority of your running data remains stored exclusively on your device, including:

• Complete running history (unless you choose to share specific runs)
• Training plans and goals
• App settings and preferences
• Virtual Partner configurations

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Authenticate your account via Sign in with Apple
• Enable friend discovery and connection features
• Share running records with your friends (only when you choose to share)
• Facilitate Ghost Battle challenges between friends
• Display running statistics on your profile
• Provide and improve the SRUN service

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Server-Stored Data

The following data is stored on our secure servers:

• Apple User Identifier, Nickname, Runner ID
• Friend connections and requests
• Shared running records (only those you explicitly share)
• Ghost Battle results

3.2 Device-Only Data

Most of your running data remains exclusively on your device using Apple's standard iOS storage mechanisms. This includes your complete running history, training plans, and personal settings.

3.3 Data Security

All server communications use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Your device data is protected by your device security settings (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Sign in with Apple

We use Apple's authentication service for secure, privacy-focused login. Apple may collect certain information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy.

4.2 iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud synchronization, your app data may sync via iCloud. This data is encrypted and managed according to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

4.3 No Analytics or Advertising

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Data Sharing and Visibility

5.1 Friend Visibility

When you add someone as a friend:

• Friends can see your nickname and Runner ID
• Friends can see running records you share with visibility set to "Friends" or "Public"
• Friends can challenge your shared runs in Ghost Battle mode

5.2 Non-Friend Visibility

Users who are not your friends:

• Can only search for you using your Runner ID
• See your nickname displayed as "Runner????" format until you accept their friend request
• Cannot see your running records unless set to "Public" visibility

5.3 Sharing Controls

You have full control over sharing. Each run can be set to:

• Private: Only visible to you
• Friends: Visible only to your friends
• Public: Visible to all SRUN users

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Active Accounts: Data is retained while you actively use SRUN
• Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days, including:
  • User profile and authentication data
  • All shared running records
  • Friend connections
  • Ghost Battle results (both as challenger and target)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View your personal information stored on our servers
• Correct: Update your nickname or profile information
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Control Sharing: Change visibility settings for your running records
• Withdraw Consent: Stop sharing data by setting runs to "Private"

8. Children's Privacy

SRUN complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately at the email below.

9. International Users

SRUN is available globally. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
